GW Pharmaceuticals Files Registration Statement For NASDAQ Global Market Listing and IPO

GW Pharmaceuticals, the biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercialising novel therapeutics from its proprietary cannabinoid product platform, announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the US SEC for an IPO of American Depositary Shares on the NASDAQ Global Market. GW has applied to have its ADSs quoted on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "GWPH".
