Every one has to eat daily how about a cook, a chef or food related job,distribution center, food sale force and whare house staff, Well it seems there are a lot more jobs which will be fool proof, a bakery for example grows during recession, fast food chains do very well during those hard times, they are cheap and fast. well you need to include a lot more job into this research, I see a lot of white colored job, but there is big number of jobs in the blue colored category that need to be looked at.
