Students Arrested For Putting Rat Poison In Teacher's Water Bottle

Young offenders were nine and twelve years old

A nine-year-old and a twelve-year-old were arrested Tuesday for allegedly putting rat poison in their teacher's water bottle, which she drank out of and subsequently became sick.

The two boys, who have been charged with reckless endangerment, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, were students at Brooklyn's PS 315.

After becoming nauseous, another student told the teacher that two kids had put poison in her bottle. She sought treatment from a doctor, who determined that she was not seriously injured. The next day she reported what had happened to police officers at the 70th Precinct station house.

It was not clear what motivated the students.

PS 315 is also known as the School of Performing Arts, and is well-liked by the teachers that work there, the New York Post reported. "My school is an excellent environment for learning," one teacher posted on "We are well into the 21st century and have Smart Boards, document cameras, desktops, and laptops available in all classrooms."

This is not the first incident of poisoning at a school this year. Earlier this month in England, two 10-year-olds, part of a group calling themselves "The Mafia," poured a bleach-like substance into their teacher's coffee cup. That time, the teacher was warned by another student before she was able to take a sip.

I'm sorry-but I don't think the kids did it.
Heres why.
1. The teacher knew exactly who did it,that means that she saw them put it in it and DELIBERATELY DRANK IT or she put it in it so she would have a chance to sue.
2.There is no proof the kids even did it
3.How did kids get rat poison into the school?
4.How did the kids put it in the drink when the teacher should of been watching the class the entire time?

Regardless,I think something fishy is here.
I know kids,I know how they think and how they act.The teacher either did something to force them to do it-kids that age are at the age that if they try to hurt you, you have tried to hurt them- or put it in her own drink.

They need to find out why the students felt that they had to take drastic action against the teacher. Where did the students get the poison and how did they sneak it into the school? I remember having some teachers that totally humiliated me in elementary school and laughed with the other students. As a teacher, I respect my students, and I do not argue with them, just tell them what to do. A wise man once told me that when you argue with a student, you have already lost. Be careful that innocent disagreements do not become power plays!

It cannot be overemphasised by me, as I always keep saying all the time, that as long there is no GODLINESS in schools, children, and also teachers, will be automatically attracted to evil deeds, which can result in all types of evil consequences, such as poisoning teachers, shooting and killing their fellow students, teachers sexually abusing students, and the list goes on and on, in ways beyond our knowledge.
The ACLU must make all efforts to make it a law that students, at the beginning and ending of school sessions, must be made to say praise and thanks to Almighty God only, because Almighty transcends all races and cultures, and HE is no respecter of persons.
If we constantly and stiffneckedly refuse to follow this advice, then we must NOT complain when these uncalled and violent events happen in our schools.

As our nation continues down the path of lawlessness and amorality and our children are taught in an environment where accountability is considered "old fashioned" and our bureaucracies to our elected politicians and even our judges all do "their own thing", well what does one expect? We live under the illusion that all children are naturally good but the most popular book in the world has long taught that man is fallen and that his heart is "desperately wicked". Now, obviously that doesn't apply to everyone as there are righteous believers who understand the Law of Reciprocity stated so poetically by Jesus "As you sow so shall you reap" and "As you do until others it will be (must be) done unto you". That is a fundamental law of the Universe and like the Law of Gravity it does not require belief. It just is!

Because as a nation we have rejected God, the One and Only Creator of the Universe, I will not be surprised to see much worse in the not to distant future, We have chosen a downward path that and it will take a miracle to save our nation from the debilitating results of all we have "sown." Like ancient Israel who had gone so far from what they had been taught on one occasion they had to be led into slavery for two generations in Babylon before returning to the paths of righteousness and on another had strayed so far from the basic ten commandments (and suffered terribly for it) came across the ancient teachings and the words of Moses (also inscribed over our Supreme Court). They at least had the good sense to realize they needed to repent and turn back to God.

What it will take to get us to turn from what the Bible calls our "wicked ways" I do not know. Will the destruction of Los Angeles be enough? Will losing the next world war? How about the terrible inflation caused by our inability to live within our means and inability to pay our debts, now totaling $54,000 per person? Will much greater unemployment? How about a "Greater Depression" much worse than the Great Depression? How about food shortages and national healthcare for all similar to what the poor vets already have? All this I fully expect but I do not know if it will be enough to teach us what we must relearn, all that our founding fathers gave so much to win for us and instead of being grateful for the freedom they won for us we have rejected it as being no big deal.

Like Ancient Israel who so much wanted to be like other countries and have a king that God finally gave them what they wanted and troubles never left them but temporarily after that, so we have desired to be like all the Godless socialist countries with free heath care run by the government and free this and free that, but far less freedom than we once had.

God is loving but He is also just. He will never reject us but we have rejected Him. If we do not soon repent we may see all that I have mentioned very soon. Wasn't it Jefferson who said "I tremble for my nation when I realize that God is just"?
