This is why it is HIGHLY important for people who feel they are being discriminated against to get absolute PROOF. You should record both dates and times. I would keep my smartphone on me and video-record one or more of the harrasser's little tirades, and play a COPY of that tirade back to the manager. An original copy would be backed-up elsewhere. I would then tell the manager that this is proof of this individual co-worker's behavior, and that I expect that such behavior would end immediately. I would also have my attorney write a letter to the manager AND to the school in a case like this. I would further inform the harrasser that I have her slurs recorded and that I have videotaped her and that the video of her racial slurs would be posted directly to YouTube if she ever said any more garbage again. If you cannot fight in court, use YouTube to embarrass both the employer and the harrassing employee.

Anybody catch the 60 Minutes segment regarding employers in America can fire you for anything and are now also virtually running your personal lives and health-connected habits?

Who says the conservatives aren't running the country?
