This is a shame. It was over 12 yrs ago. She did nothing wrong. Especially since she says they were altered photos. I hope she wins her suit. I mean every teacher, if u did enough, has a past! Shame on this uptight school district.
DAMN...ALL MY TEACHERS WERE RETIRED NUNS. AND DRESSED LIKE IT.
Webb is as hot as hell.
This is to be understood and put on your shoulder in her point of view. Your a judge who goes to your court, I mean the people's court, your place of work, where the people elected you and to take your personal judgement on any or all cases you judge upon in there tax paid court room. The point about your judgement is NO ONE is FORCED into your court room but, is invited! You can lead a horse/child/teen/student to water BUT, you can not make them drink it/consume/swallow IT!! They had it in their mind to be a sport jock/famous stud by having sex with a teacher having extra special education. I know, been there. done that and was proud!
Well, since she told her employers about her earlier career, I can't blame her for being mad. My belief is that if you have something in your past that is liable to come up and doesn't put you in a favorable light, don't apply for a job that won't like what you did. I don't think this woman should have been fired. But it said she changed her name when we started working in New Jersey. Now, did she legally change her name and does her new employer know that? Because she's setting herself up for another firing if she didn't tell them or she just lied about her name. And what did she put down as former employment? Way too many questions here.
a ho" is a ho"
I would've been in outside her office waiting for her every single day....."Lawd Have moiceeeeeee!"
The only good looking counselor in the country gets fired. It is no wonder our students don’t want to go see the counselors anymore??
So if modified, doctored pictures of a person can be used as justification for termination, then every teacher, or school board official's face can be photoshopped onto a nude woman's body, and the resulting pictures be used to remove them. Interesting precedent they set. Someone should post some photoshopped pictures of the school board on a facebook page, and see what happens?
She did nothing illegal in the pictures, so what is the big deal? They were taken 12 years ago? So ridiculous.
