Obviously she was good enough to work with the "best known of the Kleiner partners".They hired her and she was obviously well qualified.I don't find it far fetched at all that there was discrimination against her. Men's egos get hurt especially if they are not the ones doing the "dumping" I don't believe she started going out with him for any "gain" he was probably persistent and she caved. But then came to her senses.....learning the lesson "it is not wise to date fellow employees".I think the rest of the story is legit....and happens a lot in the so called male dominate business world. And shirleyn48....you must be a beauty to be so critical of someone else's looks. How petty to bring that statement into this. get real....And I think 'dating' and sexual affair' are two entirely different situations. She went out with him...she didn't engage in and affair......don't dirty this anymore than it already is.
You engage in a sexual affair with the guy and then when you no longer are interested the affair turns to sexual harrassment by him because he doesn't turn it off as quickly as you did. Question: For what opurpose were you using the sexual affiar. What was your intended gain for yourself or was it just for your pleasure and like the guys who do the same and turn it off when they want to move on, but they can't clim sexual harrassment by a female. Does our culture say something about this side of the unequal circle? Sounds like there is a lot more to this than the story is explaining.
It sounds like she had an affair with the guy? She's UGLY, and it's hard to imagine anyone interested in her. He must have been as unattractive as she is.
Now this is a legitimate lawsuit of discrimination unlike the Miss. Busty case. Stay away from Gloria Allred Ms. Pao. You need an attorney who is not seeking the spotlight at every turn.
