Oh, and the one example of a woman dental hygienist who is co-owner of a dental practice, with her husband the dentist, would logically be the highest paid hygienist working there.The issue is equal pay for equal work when all other factors are considered. It should be about performance and skill. Race, sex, marital status, children at home, and so on, should not be factors.
