I'm a barista. I'm on my feet all day, running around, drinking stimulants, doing coffee tricks...I lost 10 pounds when I first started.

Same for most fast-food (in your case, drink) jobs.... McD's, Subway, etc. (meal rushes are a gauntlet all their own)

They Left out Running from Grizzly Bears, Olympic Athlete and Basic training US Army, .. I guess Pretty much any "Real Job" where you don't sit on ur butt all day will burn calories, and we needed Huff Puff to tell us this why?..

I work in a factory & you never get to stop moving. Non stop running, lifting heavy metal and or machinery plus very small short break.

you forgot bike messenger or bicycle food delivery i lost over 20 lbs in 8 months and all i do is eat stuff like fried chicken ribs mac and cheese should probably be number one
