You don't get it, a resume is just a tool that shows what you have done in business, they don't mean anything. This is typical liberal gobley goop. Let's make somebody think they have actually done something, when in reality they haven't accomplished anything. Then let's give the person an award for producing nothing of value, contribution, benefit or income. In other words, our focus is on the wrong area and it's taking a once strong country to their knees.
