I'd sign with a reputable agency. Places such as Adecco and Kelly are notorious for treating temps like cattle and especially for deliberately sending ethnics to racist companies. They love to deny the obvious by CLAIMING they'd never work with a company that's racist but that's a blatant lie!!! Even the president of Addecco is very much aware of the fact that there are racist jack asses at certain companies but they'll send an ethnic person to that company KNOWING full well that the culprit will make up any excuse to get rid of that ethnic employee. Instead of listening to both sides, Addecco will often support the side of the racist just to put the ethnic person out of work.
