This is a great article about medical billing and coding. This type of job is great for anyone looking for a long term career. Let's face it, our health care system is run by insurance companies so we need plenty of people to interpret the codes and billing for every type of medical procedure that we have. Without a medical billing and/or coding specialist, doctors and hospitals would get paid and we as patients would owe enormous medical bills.
