I have been an ALF Consultant for 12 years and have been an ALF Administrator,on and off, between my Consulting. I also work with AFCH's.I have alot of experience in the healthcare business along with dealing with residents and resident issues. I work closely with the administrators in order to get them ready to be compliant with state regulations and pass their state inspections.I do licensure, address any issues that need to be resolved,do resident documentation and also apply for medicaid provider # and do billing for ACS and medicaid waiver.I speak Spanish and am as fluent in it as with my English.I have good insight into what this industry is about and can be an asset for the right opportunity. One in six Americans are unemployed or underemployed. The reality is that the job market is never going to be the same. If you don't adjust and learn new skills, how are you going to support your family? That was the situation I was facing last year, unemployed and not much hope of getting a job like the great one I had again.
