The reason why everyone wants people with experience is nobody has time to train new hires. Lots of the inexperienced applicants are great, but will be fumbling around pointlessly because everyone is so busy the no one has time to train them. And they become a boat anchor with "How do you do this? " questions every five minutes. You are too busy to stop and show them, then they lous it up, and you have to double time to fix it. Gone are the days when employers have enough people to devote even one staff member to train a new unexperienced person. Al.
