the trouble with companies today, is no one is willing to take the time to teach new employees the ropes, like in the old days. now people have to be practically born knowing every thing. and have to have "experience".
what ever happened to the days when the bosses would actually SHOW AND TEACH new employees how to do stuff? what happened to MENTORING, TAKING SOME ONE UNDER THE WING, etc.?
these employers want ready made robots all set and ready to do the work. not realistic. you want a good employee, you have to TAKE THE TIME to SHOW them what to do. that's the problem. no humanity left.
employees are like children. you want a good kid, TAKE TIME TO BE WITH THEM. want an employee who knows and under stands the work- SAME FREAKIN' THING. these idiots are living in a dream world. "we want people to be our little slaves for big bucks, but we don't actually want to TEACH THEM THE ROPES." good luck, dopes.
