My growing real estate firm has been searching for NM Licensed Brokers for over 2 years and our local unemployment rate is over 17% and yet there's no one to fill full-time positions needed. As a result, my firm will be closing it's branch office in NM and has plans to expand into CO instead where hopefully more will be found who will run the office there.
