it is hard to find a job with out expeirience, also did someone talk of the health care industry? around here the hospitals are looking for a very specific individual when they do hire, this is true when looking into housekeeping up to a medical specialist. at least, that is my expeirience. so I have given up on applying for any positions at the hospitals around here. I have had the good fortune to work in printing and bindery work. that was a case of being at the right place at the right time. in that case, temp to hire was an option I used, and it worked well for quite a while, but the co went out in my area. the next co I worked for in printing and bindery was directly thru the co. they did look at temp work. I had worked for the same agency a long time so they considered that. I have also delt with a co. that one of the managers would say, if you are looking for another job, don't apply here--to me not very progressive, I am glad I did not work in his dept. so there are lots of different cos out there, just try find the right one.
