I think that if you want someone special skills and experience then the company needs to be willing to pay for the same. No matter how much education and "skill" one has, you can't be taught experience. 15 years as a street paramedic, I can't get a job in my area because I'm not a fire fighter also, I have more medical skills than most R.N's. but since I don't have RN behind my name I can't get a job in a hospital except as an aid. What do you think about that?
