I spend very little time on the comp and will admit I did not read each comment through its entireity, but what I dont understand in part is why if any company is hiring for a posistion that pays well, why are they depending on an underpaid person in HR to make the decsion if the canidate is qualified to fill the posisition or not. Let the canidtae come in and and try to "sell" his or herself, geesh at least give them a chance!
