As far as the center for disability rights goes: it sounds as if they want experienced people but aren't willing to pay for them. I make more money as an RN at a local hospital than they would be willing to pay. So why should I apply? Sounds like someone is trying to take advantage of people in this poor economy. Shame on those employers! You get what you pay for!
