Personally, I believe the healthcare-based training is where people should focus. I am currently working at home as a medical transcriptionist (for the past 20 years)and just last week was offered two jobs by large companies. I am not looking for work. I have more work than I can handle. The pay is not what it was 20 years ago but the opportunity is there. I have been able to raise my children working at home and work my own schedule. IMHO - Whatever new healthcare plan is chosen, more government involvement means more documentation.
