I include all information about me on my resume. Didn't think (after 30+ years in recruitment, staffing, testing, interviewing and hiring that) I needed to HIDE anything. Guess it was just me..... So, I figure if the 30 somethings cannot think of anyone MY age as anything but a "parent" they first lack imagination and second are brats. Hee he. What's YOUR problem?
