A hiring manger is someone they put out on the holidays to attract seasoned professionals and vacum out their life's expierences and know how for the extraction of pocket change from the corporate coffers. I myself have had several follow up interviews only to discover I had what they required and they wanted it for one half of what my prior earnings were. yes half a loaf is better than none....but sometimes ya need a little butter to make it taste better....good luck to all in your search
