it helps when you find people, like yourselves with some of the same experiences based on how old we all are. Even though I just lost my job last week of nearly 15 years, i have been doing my homework. One one thing that is very critical in my next job search is to "think positive". I've learned when I start to go on interviews, Its critical to be excited because that will rube off on the interviewee; I will hang in there & hope you do too.
