Men with genial personalities make an average of $2,500 a year less than their more aggressive colleagues.
Researchers at the University of Essex grouped nearly 3,000 men into five personality types, before surveying them on salary information. The 6 percent deficit nice guys suffered was the same as the penalty for possessing a high degree of neuroticism. This was even after accounting for other factors such as education, occupation, work experience and training.

The economy and the employment situation have changed in our country. If you don't make changes don't expect things to get better for yourself.
